Farriery World Team Champions Head to USA after Countryside Live Win

A Welsh-based team of farriers beat two-time world champions to be crowned World Team Champions at the end of two hectic days in The Forge at Countryside Live.

The Jim Blurton Bar Shoes-sponsored team of Matt Randles, Gavin Golby, Andy Reader-Smith and Jonathan Nunn were celebrating after picking up the championship title and winning themselves an all-expenses ticket to compete at the World Shoeing Classic held in Kentucky, USA, in February 2017.

They beat World Team Championship title holders Andrew, Jack and Grant Casserles, from Brighton, and new team member Ian Gajczak who have won the title twice before.
